By Sanjeev Kapoor 02 Jul 2018 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Medium ripe mango, Semolina (rawa/suji) Cuisine Indian Course Mithais Prep Time 6-10 minutes Cook time 16-20 minutes Serve 4 Taste Sweet Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Mango Sheera - SK Khazana 1 Medium ripe mango peeled and chopped 1 cup Semolina (rawa/suji) 2-4 tablespoons Ghee to taste Salt 2 1/2 cups Milk a large pi for garnishing Saffron 1 cup Sugar 1/4 teaspoon Green cardamom powder 10-12 Pistachios blanched and peeled a few Blanched pistachio slivered Method Dry roast semolina for 2-3 minutes. Heat 3 tablespoons ghee in a non-stick pan. Add roasted semolina and mix. Add mango, salt, mix and cook for a minute. Add milk and mix. Add saffron, mix, cover and cook till the moisture dries. Add sugar, cardamom powder and pistachios, mix well, cover and cook for 2 minutes. Drizzle 1 tablespoon ghee, mix well, cover and cook for 1 minute.
