Ingredients list for Mango Sago Pudding
- 1 cup Mango pulp
- ¾ cup Sago (sabudana) soaked for 30 mins
- 2 tbsps + for greasing Ghee
- 1 cup Milk reduced
- 1/4 cup Sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon Green cardamom powder
- For topping Desiccated coconut
- for garnishing Plum fan
Method
- Heat ghee in a non-stick pan. Add sago and sauté for 1 minute.
- Add reduced milk and stir well. Add sugar and cardamom powder, stir to mix and cook for 2 minutes.
- Add mango pulp, mix well and cook till the sago is fully cooked and mixture thickens.
- Grease a glass baking dish with some ghee. Pour the cooked mixture in it and spread evenly, cool to room temperature and refrigerate till set.
- Top with desiccated coconut, garnish with the plum fan and serve chilled.
