By Sanjeev Kapoor 19 Mar 2021 in Recipes Course New Update Advertisment Main Ingredients Garlic (lasun) cloves, Dried red chillies Cuisine Indian Course Pickles, Jams and Chutneys Prep Time 0-5 minutes Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Lasun Chutney 1/2 cup Garlic (lasun) cloves 14-15 Dried red chillies to taste Salt 1/2 cup Yogurt 3 tablespoons Ghee 1/2 teaspoon Cumin seeds to garnish Fresh coriander sprigs Method Remove the stems of the chillies and put them into a blender jar. Add garlic, salt, ¼ cup yogurt and blend to a fine paste. For tempering, heat ghee in a non-stick pan and add cumin seeds, and when their colour changes, add the blended paste and the remaining curd. Mix well and saute, on medium heat, for 4-5 minutes till ghee separates. Rinse the blender jar with ¼ cup water and add to the pan and mix well. Cook for 3-4 minutes or till the water is reduced.
