Ingredients list for Lassi
- 2 1/2 cups Yogurt
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- as required Ice cubes
- 1/2 cup Milk optional
- as required Fresh cream
Method
- Blend together yogurt and sugar for two minutes in a mixer/blender.
- Add ice cubes and blend for a minute more.
- If the mixture is too thick add a little milk and adjust consistency and blend once more.
- Pour into serving glasses from a height so as to form a foam.
- Top with malai and serve chilled.
