Ingredients list for Mango Baked Yogurt
- 1/2 cup + For topping Mango pulp
- 1 cup Yogurt
- 1/4 cup Condensed milk
- 3/4 cup Fresh cream
- to garnish Fresh mint sprigs
Method
- Preheat oven to 180° C.
- Take yogurt in a bowl, add condensed milk, cream and mango puree and mix well.
- Pour the prepared mixture equally into 4 earthenware bowls and place them in a shallow baking tray. Pour some water into the tray.
- Place the tray in the preheated oven and bake for 8-10 minutes. Remove from heat, cool and refrigerate to chill.
- Add some mango puree in the centre of each bowl, garnish with mint sprigs and serve.
