Ingredients list for Kurmura Tadka with Almonds
- 1 cup Puffed rice (kurmura/murmura)
- 10-12 Almonds
- 1 teaspoon Oil
- ¼ teaspoon Mustard seeds
- 6-7 Curry leaves roughly chopped
- a pinch Turmeric powder
- to taste Salt
Method
- Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add mustard seeds and let them splutter. Add almonds, curry leaves, turmeric powder and sauté for ten seconds.
- Add the puffed rice and mix well.
- Store in an airtight container and serve as required.
