Ingredients list for Kiwi Panna
- 6 Kiwi Roasted and peeled
- 1 cup Fresh coriander leaves finely chopped
- 1/2 cup Mint leaves finely chopped
- 1/2 inch Ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon Black peppercorns
- 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon Black salt (kala namak)
- 4 tablespoons Sugar
- to taste Salt
- Juice of 1 lemon
Method
- Chop kiwis into small pieces and put them into a mixer jar.
- Add coriander leaves, mint leaves, ginger, black peppercorns, cumin seeds, black salt, sugar, salt, lemon juice and 3 cups water and grind into a puree.
- Pour the panna in to 4 tall glasses and serve.
