Ingredients list for Kachchi Kairi Slush

  • 2 medium Raw mangoes , peeled, seeded and chopped finely
  • 8 tablespoons Raw mango syrup
  • as required Ice cubes
  • 2 teaspoons Cumin powder
  • to taste Black salt (kala namak)
  • for garnish Fresh mint sprigs

Method

  1. For each portion put a few ice cubes in a blender jar, add ½ chopped raw mango, ½ teaspoon cumin powder, black salt and 1-2 tablespoons raw mango syrup and blend coarsely.
  2. Transfer into serving glass and serve chilled garnished with a mint sprig.
