Ingredients
- 2 medium beetroots quartered with peel
- 2 medium cucumber quartered with peel
- 2 inches ginger roughly chopped
- 4 stalks celery
- 20-24 fresh mint leaves
- Juice of 2 lemons
Method
- Pass beetroots, cucumbers, ginger, celery stalks and mint leaves through a juicer and collect the juice in a jar.
- Add lemon juice and mix.
- Pour equally into 4 glasses and serve immediately.
