Ingredients

  • 2 medium beetroots quartered with peel
  • 2 medium cucumber quartered with peel
  • 2 inches ginger roughly chopped
  • 4 stalks celery
  • 20-24 fresh mint leaves
  • Juice of 2 lemons

Method

  1. Pass beetroots, cucumbers, ginger, celery stalks and mint leaves through a juicer and collect the juice in a jar.
  2. Add lemon juice and mix.
  3. Pour equally into 4 glasses and serve immediately.
