Ingredients list for Jain Fried Rice
- 3 cups Rice
- 1 medium Green capsicum chopped
- 10-15 French beans stringed and chopped
- 1 medium Yellow capsicum chopped
- 1 medium Red capsicum chopped
- 1 tablespoon Oil
- 1 small Cabbage shredded
- to taste Salt
- 1 teaspoon Dried ginger powder (soonth)
- 1/4 teaspoon Sugar
- 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
- 1 1/2 tablespoons Chilli sauce
Method
- Heat oil in a non-stick wok, add French beans and sauté for two minutes.
- Add all the three capsicums, mix well and continue to sauté. Add cabbage, mix well and sauté for a minute.
- Add salt, dried ginger powder and sugar. Mix well and cook for two minutes.
- Add soy sauce and chilli sauce. Mix well and cook for a minute.
- Add rice, mix well and cook for two to three minutes. Serve hot.
