Ingredients list for Italian Bread Pakora
- 8 Bread slices
- as required Chilli garlic sauce
- as required Pizza sauce
- 1 medium Onion chopped
- 1 medium Tomato chopped
- 1 Green capsicum chopped
- 2 teaspoons Oregano
- to taste Salt
- 1/2 cup Gram flour (besan)
- 1/2 teaspoon Red chilli powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Chaat masala
- 1/2 teaspoon Garam masala powder
Method
- Spread chilli garlic spread on four slices and pizza sauce on the rest of them.
- In a bowl mix together onion, tomato, green capsicum, oregano and salt.
- Divide it into four equal portions and put it on the breads and cover it with the remaining breads.
- In a bow mix together besan, red chilli powder, chaat masala, garam masala powder and salt and mix well.
- Heat sufficient oil in a non-stick kadai.
- Dip the bread slices in the mixture and deep fry them till golden brown in color.
- Drain on absorbent paper. Serve hot with tomato ketchup or chutney.
