Ingredients list for Instant uttapam
- 1 cup Semolina (rawa/suji)
- 3 tablespoons Yogurt
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon chilli
- 3-4 Green chillies chopped
- 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds
- 2 small Tomato chopped
- 2 small Onion chopped
- 2 tablespoons Fresh coriander leaves chopped
- Oil
Method
- Mix together rawa along with water, yogurt and salt and leave aside for half an hour.
- Add red chilli powder, green chillies, cumin seeds, tomatoes, onions and coriander leaves and mix well.
- Heat oil on a non-stick tawa. Pour a ladleful of batter on tawa and cook till golden brown in color on both sides. Serve hot with sambhar or chutney.
