Ingredients list for Gulkand Lassi
- 1 tablespoon Gulkand
- 2 cups Yogurt
- 1 cup Powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons Rabdi
- ½ teaspoon Green cardamom powder
- 1 teaspoon Rose essence
- 4-5 for garnishing Almonds blanched and peeled
- 2-3 for garnishing Rose petals
Method
- Blend together yogurt, powdered sugar, rabdi, cardamom powder, candied rose petals and rose essence with 3-4 ice cubes to a thick mixture.
- Cut almonds to juliennes.
- Pour lassi into individual glasses and serve chilled garnished with almond juliennes and rose petals.
