Ingredients list for Guacamole Devilled Eggs - SK Khazana
- 1 Medium avocado
- 4 Eggs boiled
- 1 Small tomato finely chopped
- 1 Small onion finely chopped
- 1-2 Green chillies finely chopped
- 2 teaspoons Lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon Fresh coriander leaves chopped
- to taste Salt
- to garnish Fresh parsley sprig
Method
- Halve the eggs. Remove the yolks and put into a bowl and place the egg white shells on a serving platter.
- Halve, seed the avocado and scoop out the flesh and add to the same bowl. Add tomato, onion, green chillies, lemon juice, coriander leaves and salt and mash well with a fork into smooth paste to make.
- Fill guacamole into a piping bag fitted with a star nozzle and pipe into egg white shells.
- Serve garnished with parsley sprigs.
