Ingredients list for Grilled Chicken Burrito

  • 250 grams Boneless chicken cut into cubes
  • 4 Tortillas readymade chapattis
  • 1 tablespo + for greasing Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Garlic chopped
  • 1 medium Onion finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder
  • 1 medium Tomato chopped
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Crushed black peppercorns
  • as required Processed cheese
  • to serve Tomato ketchup


  1. Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a non-stick pan. Add garlic and sauté till golden. Add onion and sauté till translucent.
  2. Add chilli powder, mix and sauté for 30 seconds. Add chicken, mix and cook for 1 minute. Add tomato, mix and cook till chicken is done.
  3. Add salt and crushed peppercorns, mix and cook for 1 minute. Transfer in a bowl.
  4. Preheat an electric griller.
  5. Place each tortilla on the worktop and grate some cheese on top. Put some cooked chicken mixture on top and wrap it.
  6. Grease the griller with some olive oil. Place the rolls and grill till golden on both sides.
  7. Diagonally slice and serve hot with tomato ketchup.
