Ingredients list for Grilled Chicken Burrito
- 250 grams Boneless chicken cut into cubes
- 4 Tortillas readymade chapattis
- 1 tablespo + for greasing Olive oil
- 2 tablespoons Garlic chopped
- 1 medium Onion finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder
- 1 medium Tomato chopped
- to taste Salt
- to taste Crushed black peppercorns
- as required Processed cheese
- to serve Tomato ketchup
Method
- Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a non-stick pan. Add garlic and sauté till golden. Add onion and sauté till translucent.
- Add chilli powder, mix and sauté for 30 seconds. Add chicken, mix and cook for 1 minute. Add tomato, mix and cook till chicken is done.
- Add salt and crushed peppercorns, mix and cook for 1 minute. Transfer in a bowl.
- Preheat an electric griller.
- Place each tortilla on the worktop and grate some cheese on top. Put some cooked chicken mixture on top and wrap it.
- Grease the griller with some olive oil. Place the rolls and grill till golden on both sides.
- Diagonally slice and serve hot with tomato ketchup.
