By Sanjeev Kapoor 24 Dec 2015 in Recipes Course New Update " frameborder="0" allowfullscreen> Main Ingredients Green Peas, Mint Leaves Cuisine Indian Course Pickles, Jams and Chutneys Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Green Pea Chutney 1 cup Green Peas boiled 1 cup Mint Leaves roughly chopped 1/2 cup Mint leaves roughly chopped 2-3 cloves Garlic 1/2 inch piece Ginger roughly chopped 1 Green chilli chopped to taste Black salt (kala namak) 1/4 teaspoon Sugar 1 tablespoon Lemon juice Method Drain the green peas and grind with coriander leaves, mint leaves, garlic, ginger and green chillies to a smooth paste with a little water if required. Add the black salt and sugar and blend once again. Transfer the chutney into a bowl and mix in the lemon juice. Serve.
