Ingredients
- 1 cup green peas boiled
- 1/2 cup mint leaves roughly chopped
- 2-3 cloves garlic
- 1/2 inch piece ginger roughly chopped
- 1 green chilli chopped
- Black salt (kala namak) to taste
- 1/4 teaspoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Method
- Drain the green peas and grind with coriander leaves, mint leaves, garlic, ginger and green chillies to a smooth paste with a little water if required.
- Add the black salt and sugar and blend once again.
- Transfer the chutney into a bowl and mix in the lemon juice. Serve.
