Ingredients list for Green Chutney

  • 1 cup Fresh coriander leaves chopped
  • 1/2 cup Fresh mint leaves chopped
  • 2-3 Green chillies chopped
  • to taste Black salt (kala namak)
  • 1/4 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon juice


  1. Process the fresh coriander, fresh mint and green chillies in a blender to a smooth paste with a little water if required.
  2. Add the black salt and sugar. Transfer to a bowl, add the lemon juice and mix well.
