Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh coriander leaves chopped
- 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves chopped
- 2-3 green chillies chopped
- to taste black salt (kala namak)
- 1/4 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
Method
- Process the fresh coriander, fresh mint and green chillies in a blender to a smooth paste with a little water if required.
- Add the black salt and sugar. Transfer to a bowl, add the lemon juice and mix well.
