Ingredients list for Lemon Mint
- 4 Lemons
- 2 cups Fresh mint leaves
- 1 cup Sugar syrup
- as required Ice cubes
- 1 cup Drinking soda
- 4 for garnishing Lemon slices
Method
- Squeeze the juice of lemons into a bowl.
- Put fresh mint leaves and ½ cup water in a blender jar and blend. Add lemon juice, sugar syrup and ice cubes and blend again.
- Add drinking soda and blend again.
- Pour into 4 serving glasses, garnish the rim of each glass with a lemon slice and serve chilled.
