Ingredients 

  • 1½ cups green chickpeas (chana), boiled
  • 1 medium tomato, finely chopped
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • ½ teaspoon red chilli powder, 
  • Black pepper powder to taste
  • 1 teaspoon chaat masala
  • 1-2 green chillies, finely chopped
  • 2-3 tablespoons masala chana dal
  • 3 tablespoons sev
  • ½ cup puffed rice (murmura)
  • Juice of ½ lemon 
  • 1 tablespoon freshly chopped coriander leaves + garnish

Method

  1. In a bowl, add green chickpeas, tomatoes, onions, chilli powder, black pepper powder, chaat masala, green chillies, masala chana, 1 tablespoon sev, puffed rice and squeeze the lemon. Mix well.
  2. Add remaining sev and mix well. Garnish with chopped coriander. Serve immediately.
