Ingredients
- 1½ cups green chickpeas (chana), boiled
- 1 medium tomato, finely chopped
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- ½ teaspoon red chilli powder,
- Black pepper powder to taste
- 1 teaspoon chaat masala
- 1-2 green chillies, finely chopped
- 2-3 tablespoons masala chana dal
- 3 tablespoons sev
- ½ cup puffed rice (murmura)
- Juice of ½ lemon
- 1 tablespoon freshly chopped coriander leaves + garnish
Method
- In a bowl, add green chickpeas, tomatoes, onions, chilli powder, black pepper powder, chaat masala, green chillies, masala chana, 1 tablespoon sev, puffed rice and squeeze the lemon. Mix well.
- Add remaining sev and mix well. Garnish with chopped coriander. Serve immediately.
