By Sanjeev Kapoor 23 Mar 2021 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Green chickpeas (hare chane), Medium tomato Cuisine Indian Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 26-30 minutes Cook time 0-5 minutes Serve 4 Taste Tangy Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Green Chana Chaat 1 1/2 cups Green chickpeas (hare chane) boiled 1 Medium tomato finely chopped 1 Medium onion finely chopped 1/2 teaspoon Red chilli powder to taste Black pepper powder 1 teaspoon Chaat masala 1-2 Green chillies chopped 2-3 tablespoons Masala chana dal 3 tablespoons Sev 1/2 cup Puffed rice (murmura) 1/2 tablespoon Lemon juice 1 tablespo to garnish Fresh coriander leaves chopped Method Take green chickpeas in a bowl, add tomato, onion, chilli powder, black pepper powder, chaat masala, green chillies, masala chana dal, 1 tbsp sev, puffed rice, lemon juice and coriander leaves and mix well. Add remaining sev and mix well.
