By Sanjeev Kapoor 05 Aug 2016 in Recipes Non Veg New Update Main Ingredients Chicken sausages, Green capsicum Cuisine Goan Course Main Course Chicken Prep Time 0-5 minutes Cook time 16-20 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Easy Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Goan Sausage Chilli Fry 10-12 Chicken sausages 1 medium Green capsicum sliced 2 medium Onions finely chopped 2 medium Tomatoes finely chopped 1 cup Tomato puree 2 tablespoons Vinegar 1½ teaspoons Red chilli powder to taste Salt ½ teaspoon Sugar 2 tablespoons Butter Method Heat water in a non-stick, add sausages and boil for 2-3 minutes. Drain. Peel the outer layer of the drained sausages and cut them into large pieces. Heat butter in a non-stick pan, add onions and sauté till translucent. Add capsicum and mix well. Add tomatoes and sauté on high heat for 1-2 minutes. Add tomato puree and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add salt, red chilli powder and vinegar and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add sugar and mix well. Add chopped sausage pieces and mix well. Cook for 2 minutes.
