Ingredients list for Ginger Tomato Fried Rice
- 6-10 Ginger thin slices
- 3 cups Cooked rice
- 2 tablespoons Tomato ketchup
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 2-3 Dried red chillies broken
- to taste Salt
- 1 teaspoon Soy sauce
- 1 1/2 tablespoons Vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Red chilli paste
Method
- Heat olive oil in a wok, add dried red chillies, ginger slices and sauté till fragrant. Add rice and saute on a medium heat.
- Add soy sauce, vinegar, salt, red chilli paste and tomato ketchup and mix well. Serve hot.
