Ingredients
- 1 pear
- 1 apples
- 2 peaches
- 2 plums
- 4 pineapple slices
- 4 dates
- 1 banana
- 1 mango
- 4 almonds
- 15 fresh mint leaves
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 2 cups yogurt
- Salt to taste
- 1/4 teaspoon black peppercorns,crushed freshly
- 1/2 cup fresh cream
- 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder
Method
- Wash and chop pear, apple, peach, plums, pineapple and fresh dates. Peel and chop banana, mango, green almonds.Clean, wash and chop mint leaves. Dry roast the cumin seeds and powder.
- Add the roasted cumin powder to the yogurt in a bowl. Add salt, freshly crushed peppercorns, fresh cream and whisk.Add all the chopped fruits and mint leaves and mix well.
- Serve garnished with red chilli powder.
