Ingredients list for Farfalle Pasta With Spinach And Cheese

  • 400 grams Farfalle blanched
  • 1 1/2 cups Spinach chopped
  • 1 cup Cheese grated
  • 1-2 tablespoons Regular olive oil
  • 4-6 Garlic cloves mashed
  • 2 medium Onions sliced
  • to taste Crushed black peppercorns
  • 1 1/2 corns
  • a pinch Nutmeg grated
  • to taste Salt
  • 1 1/2 cups Cream


  1. Heat olive oil in a non-stick pan.
  2. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute. Add onions and saute till translucent.
  3. Add crushed black peppercorns and corn and mix well.
  4. Add spinach and cook on a high heat.
  5. Grate nutmeg in the mixture and mix well.
  6. Add pasta and cook on high heat. Add salt and mix.
  7. Add cream and cheese and toss.
  8. Add some water and cook for a minute.
  9. Transfer into a serving bowl and serve hot.
