Ingredients list for Fansi Mushroom
- 100 grams Mushrooms
- 150 grams French Beans
- 2 tablespoons Oil
- 2 Garlic cloves crushed
- 1 medium Onion chopped
- 1 medium Tomato chopped
- 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon Garam masalapowder
- to taste Salt
- for garnishing Chopped coriander leaves
Method
- Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add garlic and saute till golden.
- Add onion and tomato. Mix well and cook till oil separates.
- Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder, French beans, mushrooms and salt. Mix well, cover and cook on low heat for ten minutes.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
