Ingredients list for Eggless Chocolate Chip Muffins
- 1/2 cup Chocolate chips
- 100 grams Refined flour (maida)
- 60 grams Cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Baking soda
- 200 grams Condensed milk
- 120 grams Butter
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla essence
- 150 grams Khoya/mawa
- 75 millilitres Milk
Method
- Preheat oven at 180°C.
- Sieve together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and baking soda in a bowl.
- Cream condensed milk and butter in another bowl. Add vanilla essence, khoya and cream further.
- Fold in the flour mixture and half the chocolate chips and mix well.
- Add milk and mix well.
- Pour batter into silicon muffin moulds and sprinkle remaining chocolate chips on top. Place in preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes.
- Remove from heat, demould and serve.
