Ingredients list for Dry Fruit Shrikhand

  • 1 cup Hung yogurt
  • as required Almonds Chopped
  • as required Pistachios Chopped
  • 3 tablespoons Powdered sugar
  • as required saffron strands
  • 2 tablespoons Milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon Green cardamom powder

Method

  1. Combine yogurt, powdered sugar, saffron infused in milk, cardamom powder, almonds and pistachios in a bowl and mix well.
  2. Garnish with almonds and pistachios and serve chilled.
