- 1 cup Hung yogurt
- as required Almonds Chopped
- as required Pistachios Chopped
- 3 tablespoons Powdered sugar
- as required saffron strands
- 2 tablespoons Milk
- 1/4 teaspoon Green cardamom powder
Method
- Combine yogurt, powdered sugar, saffron infused in milk, cardamom powder, almonds and pistachios in a bowl and mix well.
- Garnish with almonds and pistachios and serve chilled.
