Grease a loaf tin with some oil and dust with some flour. Place the zucchini on an absorbent paper so that excess moisture is absorbed. Put flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder, salt, coffee powder and chocolate chips in a bowl and mix. Cream together eggs, oil, yogurt, sugar and vanilla essence in another bowl till light and fluffy. Add flour mixture and fold in well. Add zucchini and mix till well combined. Put the dough in the lined tin, place it in the preheated oven and bake for forty-five to fifty-five minutes. Remove from oven and let it cool. Slice and serve.
