By Sanjeev Kapoor 04 May 2016 in Recipes Veg New Update Main Ingredients Fresh button mushrooms, Green peas Cuisine Indian Course Main Course Vegetarian Prep Time 16-20 minutes Cook time 16-20 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients 400 grams fresh button mushrooms, quartered 1 cup green peas 2 tablespoons oil 1/2 tablespoon ginger paste 1/2 tablespoon garlic paste 3 medium onions, chopped 2 medium tomatoes, chopped 2 teaspoons red chilli powder 1 teaspoon turmeric powder 1 tablespoon coriander powder 1 teaspoon cumin powder Salt to taste 1/2 cup yogurt, whisked 2 tablespoons chopped fresh coriander leaves Method Heat oil in a kadai. Add ginger paste, garlic paste and sauté for two minutes. Add onions and sauté for another two minutes or until the onions are golden brown. Add the tomatoes and cook on high heat for four to five minutes or until the tomatoes are completely cooked. Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, salt and cook for another two minutes. Add the mushrooms and green peas and cook for five to seven minutes or until the vegetables are cooked. Add the whisked yogurt and cook for another minute. Remove from heat. Serve hot garnished with fresh coriander leaves.
