Put prawns in a bowl, add ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice, salt and pepper powder and mix well. Transfer the curry leaves in a mixer jar and grind coarsely. Mix curry leaves, breadcrumbs, chilli flakes, pepper powder, salt and mix well. Coat each prawn in the prepared mixture. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai. Deep-fry the prawns in hot oil till crisp and brown on both the sides.
