Ingredients
- 1 cup boiled penne pasta
- Crushed black peppercorns to taste
- ½ teaspoon paprika powder
- 1 teaspoon chaat masala
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- ½ cup refined flour
- Oil for deep-frying
- Salt to taste
Method
- Mix together crushed peppercorns, paprika powder, chaat masala, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt in a bowl. Set aside.
- Add pasta in a sieve and sift refined flour through it on a plate.
- Heat sufficient oil in a kadai. Deep-fry the pasta until golden brown and crisp. Drain on absorbent paper.
- Sprinkle the prepared spice-mix and serve immediately.
