Ingredients list for Crispy Lamb
- 180 grams Boneless lamb leg, cut into thin strip
- 30 grams Onion
- 10 grams Capsicum julienned
- 10 grams Carrot julienned
- 10 grams Ginger chopped
- 15 grams Garlic cloves peeled and chopped
- 10 grams Lamb stock
- to taste Salt
- 8 grams Seasoning
- 5 grams White pepper powder
- 20 grams Hoisin sauce
- 30 grams Spring onion
- 20 millilitres Refined oil
Method
- Marinate lamb with seasoning, egg and cornflour and deep fry till crispy in hot oil.
- In a wok, add oil, ginger garlic, onion and veggies sauté for a minute. Add red chilli paste, hoisin sauce, stock, pepper, seasoning.
- Add 5 spice powder, shredded spring onion and fried lamb and toss well. Add chilli oil and toss well.
- Serve hot.
