Be a kid or a teenage or an adult or an oldie, chicken lovers trend all over the world at all times! One meat that is a favourite of all beyond belief! When cooked, it can be presented in many guises. Sauté it, fry it, toss it, bake it, steam it – eat it the way you want to. Whatever its form may be upon being cooked, its flavour may change but its flesh remains high in protein, low in fat and can be digested easily.

Ingredients for Crispy Chicken Wings with Cheesy Dip Recipe

  • Chicken wings 8-12

  • Cream cheese 2 tablespoons

  • Cheese spread 2 tablespoons

  • Oil for deep-frying

  • Egg 1

  • Garlic paste 1 tablespoon

  • Salt to taste

  • Crushed black peppercorns to taste

  • Cornflour/ corn starch ¼ cup

  • Shallots finely chopped 2

  • Paprika smoked ½ teaspoon

  • Chives finely chopped 1 tablespoon

  • Mixed micro greens for garnishing


Step 1

Heat sufficient oil in a pan.

Step 2

Take chicken in a bowl. Break the egg into the bowl; add garlic paste, salt and crushed peppercorns and mix. Add cornflour and mix well.

Step 3

To prepare cheesy dip, take cream cheese in another bowl. Add cheese spread, shallots, smoked paprika and chives and mix well. Refrigerate.

Step 4

Deep-fry marinated chicken wings in hot oil till golden and crisp. Drain on absorbent paper.

Step 5

Garnish with micro greens and serve hot with cheesy dip.
