Ingredients for Crispy Biscuit Corn Sev Puri - SK Khazana Recipe

  • Crisp biscuits 12

  • Corn kernels boiled 1 cup

  • Nylon sev to garnish

  • Medium potatoes boiled, peeled, cut into 1/2 inch cubes 2

  • Medium onion chopped 1

  • Chaat masala to sprinkle

  • Salt to taste

  • Red chilli powder a pinch

  • Fresh coriander leaves chopped 2 teaspoons

  • Tamarind chutney as required

  • Green chutney as required


Step 1

Put potato cubes in a bowl, add corn, onion, chaat masala, salt and red chilli powder and mix well. Add coriander leaves and mash lightly while mixing well.

Step 2

Arrange the crisp biscuits in a plate and place a generous portion of mixture on each biscuit. Drizzle tamarind chutney and green chutney over all of them.

Step 3

Transfer into a serving bowl, garnish with nylon sev and serve immediately.
