Ingredients 

  • 12 crisp biscuits
  • 1 cup corn kernels boiled
  • Nylon sev to garnish
  • 2 medium potatoes boiled, peeled, and cut into 1/2 inch cubes
  • 1 medium onion chopped
  • Chaat masala to sprinkle
  • Salt to taste
  • A pinch of red chilli powder
  • 2 teaspoons Fresh coriander leaves, chopped
  • Tamarind chutney as required
  • Green chutney as required 

Method

  1. Put potato cubes in a bowl, add corn, onion, chaat masala, salt and red chilli powder and mix well. Add coriander leaves and mash lightly while mixing well.
  2. Arrange the crisp biscuits on a plate and place a generous portion of the mixture on each biscuit. Drizzle tamarind chutney and green chutney over all of them.
  3. Transfer into a serving bowl, garnish with nylon sev and serve immediately.
