Ingredients
- 12 crisp biscuits
- 1 cup corn kernels boiled
- Nylon sev to garnish
- 2 medium potatoes boiled, peeled, and cut into 1/2 inch cubes
- 1 medium onion chopped
- Chaat masala to sprinkle
- Salt to taste
- A pinch of red chilli powder
- 2 teaspoons Fresh coriander leaves, chopped
- Tamarind chutney as required
- Green chutney as required
Method
- Put potato cubes in a bowl, add corn, onion, chaat masala, salt and red chilli powder and mix well. Add coriander leaves and mash lightly while mixing well.
- Arrange the crisp biscuits on a plate and place a generous portion of the mixture on each biscuit. Drizzle tamarind chutney and green chutney over all of them.
- Transfer into a serving bowl, garnish with nylon sev and serve immediately.
