Ingredients list for Creamy Cottage Cheese Crostini
- 3-4 tablespoons Fresh cream
- 200 grams Paneer (cottage cheese)
- 1 French loaf
- 8-10 for garnishing Fresh mint leaves chopped
- 1 tablespoon Fresh coriander leaves chopped
- 2-3 sprigs Fresh thyme
- 1 teaspoon Garlic finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon Red chilli flakes
- to taste Salt
- 1 teaspoon Crushed black peppercorns
Method
- Slice the French loaf into 1 inch slices.
- Place them on a baking tray and bake at 180°C for 8-10 minutes.
- Grate cottage cheese into a bowl. Add cream, chopped mint leaves, coriander leaves, thyme, chopped garlic, chilli flakes, salt and crushed peppercorns. Mix well.
- Evenly spread the cottage cheese mixture on the bread slices.
- Place them on a serving platter and garnish with mint leaves. Serve immediately.
