By Sanjeev Kapoor 24 Feb 2017 in Recipes Non Veg New Update Main Ingredients Crab meat, Button mushrooms Cuisine Fusion Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 6-10 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Easy Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Crab Stuffed Mushrooms ¾ cup Crab meat 12-16 Button mushrooms stems removed ½ cup Gruyere cheese grated ½ cup Mozzarella cheese grated 1-2 stalks Spring onion greens 1-2 Fresh red chillies chopped to taste Salt to taste Crushed black peppercorns + for dusting Refined flour (maida) ¼ cup as required milk 4 tablespoons + for coating Panko for deep-frying Oil Method Mix together crab meat, gruyere cheese, mozzarella cheese, spring onion greens, fresh red chillies, salt and crushed peppercorns in a bowl. Add flour and milk and mix well. Stuff the mushroom caps with this crab meat mixture. Spread panko on a plate and add parsley, mix well. Spread flour on another plate. Pour some milk in a bowl. Heat sufficient oil in a pan for frying. Dust the stuffed mushrooms with flour, dip in milk and coat with the panko mixture. Deep-fry in hot oil till golden and crisp. Drain on absorbent paper.
