Whisk the egg in a mixer and add to the flour and mix well. Heat a non stick frying pan. Grind ½ cup corn with milk coarsely and add to the batter and mix. Add the remaining corn kernels and mix well. Drizzle a little oil in the pan, drop spoonsful of batter on it, keeping a little distance between each, and cook. When the underside is golden, turn them over and cook till both sides are evenly done. Serve hot topped with tomato relish or salsa or olives.
