Ingredients
- 1½-2 cups cornflakes
- 1 medium cucumber, peeled, deseeded and finely chopped
- 1 medium potato boiled, peeled and cut into small pieces
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 1 medium tomato, chopped
- ¼ cup pomegranate pearls
- ¼ raw mango, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon dried mango powder
- 1 teaspoon chaat masala
- 1 teaspoon black salt (kala namak)
- Salt to taste
- 1 tablespoon coriander leaves + for garnishing
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- Sev for garnishing
Method
- Combine cucumber, potato, onion, tomato, pomegranate pearls, raw mango, corn flakes, dried mango powder, chaat masala, black salt and salt in a bowl and mix.
- Add coriander leaves and mix. Add lemon juice and mix well.
- Serve immediately, garnished with some sev and coriander leaves.
