Ingredients list for Cookie Dough Cups
- 1 1/2 cups Refined flour (maida)
- 1 cup Butter
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla essence
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- to taste Salt
- 1/4 cup Castor sugar
- 1/4 cup Brown sugar
- 1 Egg
- 50 grams Whipped cream
- to garnish Colourful edible sprinklers
Method
- Preheat oven to 180° C.
- Take butter in a bowl, add vanilla essence, baking powder, salt, castor sugar, brown sugar, refined flour and egg and knead into a stiff dough.
- Divide the dough into equal portions and shape them into balls. Put a dough ball in each cupcake mould and press with a muddler to shape like a cup.
- Keep the moulds in the preheated oven and bake for 10-15 minutes. Bring the mould out of the oven and set aside to cool slightly.
- Transfer the cups onto a serving platter, pipe out whipped cream in the cups, garnish with sprinklers and serve immediately.
