Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon chopped cilantro
- 2 teaspoon oil
- 250 grams bean sprouts
- 3 spring onions, diagonally sliced
- 1 medium carrot, peeled and cut diagonally
- 3/4 inch ginger piece, sliced
- 1 medium green capsicum, diced
- Sea salt to taste
- 100 grams bean curd, cubed
- 2 stalks spring onion greens, cut into 1 inch pieces
- 5-6 black peppercorns, crushed
Method
- Heat oil in a pan. Add spring onion, carrots and ginger and sauté for a minute.
- Add capsicum, bean sprouts, soy sauce, sea salt and stir for two minutes.
- Add beancurd, spring onion greens, coriander and crushed peppercorns and toss.
- Serve hot.
