Ingredients list for Chutney Lassi
- 2 1/2 cups Yogurt
- 1/4 bunch Fresh coriander leaves
- 12-15 Fresh mint leaves chopped
- 1/2 inch piece Ginger chopped
- 1 Green chilli chopped
- 1/2 small Raw mango seeded and sliced
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black salt (kala namak)
- 1 teaspoon Roasted cumin powder
- as required Ice cubes
Method
- Put mint leaves, coriander leaves, ginger, green chillies, raw mango, salt, black salt and roasted cumin powder in a mixer.
- Add little water (you can use yogurt water) and grind to a fine paste. Add yogurt, one cup water and ice cubes and blend again. Pour into glasses and serve chilled.
