Ingredients list for Chutney Lassi

  • 2 1/2 cups Yogurt
  • 1/4 bunch Fresh coriander leaves
  • 12-15 Fresh mint leaves chopped
  • 1/2 inch piece Ginger chopped
  • 1 Green chilli chopped
  • 1/2 small Raw mango seeded and sliced
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black salt (kala namak)
  • 1 teaspoon Roasted cumin powder
  • as required Ice cubes

Method

  1. Put mint leaves, coriander leaves, ginger, green chillies, raw mango, salt, black salt and roasted cumin powder in a mixer.
  2. Add little water (you can use yogurt water) and grind to a fine paste. Add yogurt, one cup water and ice cubes and blend again. Pour into glasses and serve chilled.
