Ingredients list for Chutney Dosa
- 3 cup Dosa Batter
- 1/4 cup Fresh Coriander Leaves
- 1/4 cup Fresh mint leaves chopped
- 1/2 cup Fresh coriander leaves
- 1 inch piece Ginger chopped
- 1 Green chilli chopped
- 1 tablespoon Pomegranate seeds (anardana)
- 1/2 teaspoon Black salt (kala namak)
- to taste Salt
- 1 tablespoon Oil
Method
- Put coriander and mint leaves into a mixer jar.
- Chop ginger and green chilli and add along with pomegranate seeds, black salt and salt and grind to a smooth chutney.
- Add yogurt and grind again. Add to dosa batter and mix well.
- Heat a non stick dosa tawa. Pour a ladle of dosa batter and spread to round dosa.
- Increase heat, drizzle oil all around and cook, turning sides, till it becomes golden and crisp on both sides. Serve hot.
