- 2 cups Refined flour

Method
- Preheat the oven to 170°C.
- Grease a baking tray. In a bowl mix together refined flour, salt and baking powder and set aside. In another bowl beat together butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add egg and vanilla essence and beat until well combined. Add the flour mixture and mi
