Ingredients list for Chimichuri Prawns-SK Khazana
- 250 grams Medium prawns shelled and deveined
- a handful Fresh coriander leaves
- a few Fresh parsley sprigs
- 5 Garlic cloves
- 3-4 tablespoons White wine vinegar
- to taste Salt
- 1/4 cup + tablespoons Olive oil
- 1/2 tablespoon Lemon juice
- a pinch + to sprinkle Red chilli flakes
- to taste Black peppercorns crushed
Method
- Blend together coriander leaves, parsley, garlic, white wine vinegar, salt, ¼ cup olive oil and lemon juice to a paste.
- Heat remaining olive oil in a non-stick pan. Add prawns and toss till they begin to change colour. Add prepared paste and mix well.
- Add a pinch of red chilli flakes, crushed peppercorns and salt, mix well and cook till fully done.
- Sprinkle some chilli flakes and serve hot.
