Chilli-garlic Peanut Dip

Peanuts ground with red chillies, garlic and yogurt. Serve this dip with Melba toast, chips, cheese sticks or any starter. This is a Sanjeev Kapoor exclusive recipe.

Ingredients 

  • 1 cup roasted peanuts
  • 4 garlic cloves,  flaked
  • 3 red chillies
  • 1 tablespoon yogurt
  • Salt to taste
  • Red chilli powder for garnish

Method

  1. In a grinder, grind garlic and chilli together, should not be very fine. Keep aside
    Grind the peanuts to a powder.
  2. In a serving bowl mix peanut powder, chilli-garlic mixture, curd and salt and whisk properly till smooth. Add water if required.
  3. Sprinkle chilli powder in a spiral style on top. Serve with Melba toast, chips, cheese sticks or any starter.
