Ingredients
- 1 cup roasted peanuts
- 4 garlic cloves, flaked
- 3 red chillies
- 1 tablespoon yogurt
- Salt to taste
- Red chilli powder for garnish
Method
- In a grinder, grind garlic and chilli together, should not be very fine. Keep aside
Grind the peanuts to a powder. - In a serving bowl mix peanut powder, chilli-garlic mixture, curd and salt and whisk properly till smooth. Add water if required.
- Sprinkle chilli powder in a spiral style on top. Serve with Melba toast, chips, cheese sticks or any starter.
