Ingredients list for Chilli Fish with Crushed Potatoes
- 400 grams Boneless Fish cut into 1 inch cubes
- 5-6 medium Potatoes boiled and peeled
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 10-15 Cherry tomatoes halved
- 10-15 Green olives pitted
- 10-15 Black olives pitted
- to taste Sea salt
- 2 teaspoons Lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons Chilli oil
- 2 Brown bread slices
- A little Fresh parsley
- 3-4 tablespoons Extra virgin olive oil
- to taste Crushed black peppercorns
Method
- Heat olive oil in a non stick pan, add cherry tomatoes, green olives, black olives and mix. Place fish cubes in a bowl, sprinkle sea salt, lemon juice, chilli oil and mix. Let them marinate for 10 minutes.
- Tear bread slices and put in a mixer jar, add parsley and crush. Add sea salt to the pan. Crush potatoes and add. Heat another non stick pan, place the fish cubes in it, cover and cook.
- Add the crushed bread-parsley, extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper to the potatoes and mix well.
- Turn the fish cubes and let them cook on the other side. Transfer the potato mixture onto a serving bowl. Place the fish cubes over and serve hot.
