Ingredients list for Chilli Fish with Crushed Potatoes

  • 400 grams Boneless Fish cut into 1 inch cubes
  • 5-6 medium Potatoes boiled and peeled
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 10-15 Cherry tomatoes halved
  • 10-15 Green olives pitted
  • 10-15 Black olives pitted
  • to taste Sea salt
  • 2 teaspoons Lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons Chilli oil
  • 2 Brown bread slices
  • A little Fresh parsley
  • 3-4 tablespoons Extra virgin olive oil
  • to taste Crushed black peppercorns

Method

  1. Heat olive oil in a non stick pan, add cherry tomatoes, green olives, black olives and mix. Place fish cubes in a bowl, sprinkle sea salt, lemon juice, chilli oil and mix. Let them marinate for 10 minutes.
  2. Tear bread slices and put in a mixer jar, add parsley and crush. Add sea salt to the pan. Crush potatoes and add. Heat another non stick pan, place the fish cubes in it, cover and cook.
  3. Add the crushed bread-parsley, extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper to the potatoes and mix well.
  4. Turn the fish cubes and let them cook on the other side. Transfer the potato mixture onto a serving bowl. Place the fish cubes over and serve hot.
