Ingredients
- 400 grams boneless chicken, cut into small cubes
- 1 tablespoon refined flour (maida)
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon onion powder + for sprinkling
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder + for sprinkling
- 1 tablespoon parmesan cheese powder + for sprinkling
- Salt to taste
- 1 egg
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- Tomato ketchup for serving
Method
- Heat sufficient oil in a kadai.
- Put chicken cubes in a bowl. Add flour and mix. Add paprika, dried oregano, 1 teaspoon onion powder, 1 teaspoon garlic powder and 1 tablespoon parmesan cheese powder and mix well.
- Beat an egg in another bowl, add to chicken mixture and mix well.
- Spread panko breadcrumbs on a plate and coat each chicken cube with it.
- Put the prepared chicken cube in hot oil and deep-fry till golden brown and crisp. Drain on absorbent paper.
- Sprinkle onion powder, garlic powder and parmesan cheese powder on top and mix well.
- Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
