By Sanjeev Kapoor 16 Aug 2016 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Chicken breasts, Spaghetti Cuisine Italian Course Noodles and Pastas Prep Time 16-20 minutes Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Chicken Pesto With Spaghetti 2 Chicken breasts 1 inch pieces 200 grams Spaghetti boiled and drained 1 cup Fresh basil leaves 5-6 Garlic cloves 1/4 cup Pinenuts to taste Salt 4 tablespoons Olive oil 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese 3 tablespoons White sauce 1/4 cup Milk Method To make pesto sauce, blend together basil leaves, garlic, pinenuts, salt and two tablespoons olive oil to form a smooth pesto sauce. Add Parmesan cheese and blend again. Dilute the white sauce with milk and transfer into a pan and set aside. Heat half tablespoon olive oil in a pan, add the spaghetti and toss. Sprinkle a little salt and toss till heated through. Transfer into a serving plate to form a bed. Heat remaining olive oil, add chicken pieces and sauté for two to three minutes. Add the prepared pesto and sauté on high heat. Add white sauce and mix well. Season with salt and mix well. Once the chicken is cooked pour it over the spaghetti and serve immediately.
