Ingredients list for Chicken Lollipop-SK Khazana
- 12-16 Chicken lollipops
- 3 tablespoons Red chilli paste
- 1 tablespoon Garlic paste
- to taste Salt
- to taste White pepper powder
- 1 teaspoon Soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon Vinegar
- to deep fry Oil
- 2 tablespoons Cornflour
- 2 tablespoons Refined flour (maida)
- 1 Egg
- to serve Schezwan sauce
Method
- Put chicken lollipops in a bowl. Add garlic paste, salt, pepper powder, soy sauce, vinegar and red chilli paste and mix well. Keep the bowl in the refrigerator to marinate for 1 hour.
- Heat sufficient oil in a kadai.
- Add cornflour, refined flour and egg to marinated chicken lollipops and mix well with your hand.
- Put the marinated chicken lollipops in hot oil and deep-fry on medium heat till dark golden brown and crisp. Drain on absorbent paper.
- Serve hot with Schezwan sauce.
