Ingredients
- 400 grams boneless chicken cut into 16 pieces
- 2 teaspoons ginger-garlic paste
- Salt to taste
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- White pepper powder to taste
- ¾ cup hung yogurt
- ½ cup fresh cream
- ¾ cup processed cheese, grated
- ½ teaspoon chaat masala + to sprinkle
- ½ teaspoon green cardamom powder
- A large pinch of nutmeg powder
- Green chutney to serve
- Lemon wedges to serve
- Onion rings to serve
Method
- Put ginger-garlic paste, salt, lemon juice, white pepper powder and chicken in a bowl, mix well and set aside to marinate for 15-20 minutes.
- Mix hung yogurt, cream, cheese, white pepper powder, cardamom powder, nutmeg powder and salt and mix well
- Add the marinated chicken pieces and mix well. Keep the bowl in the refrigerator to marinate for 50-60 minutes.
- Preheat an air fryer to 200° C.
- String the chicken pieces onto skewers, keep them in the air-fryer basket, fit it to the air-fryer and cook for 15-20 minutes. Remove from the fryer.
- Arrange the skewers on a serving plate, sprinkle chaat masala over them and serve with green chutney, lemon wedges and onion rings.
