By Sanjeev Kapoor 09 Mar 2020 in Recipes Course New Update Advertisment Main Ingredients Boneless chicken, Ginger-garlic paste Cuisine Indian Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 1-1.30 hour Cook time 16-20 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Moderate Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Chicken Dahi Kebab - SK Khazana 400 grams Boneless chicken cut into 16 pieces 2 teaspoons Ginger-garlic paste to taste Salt 1 tablespoon Lemon juice to taste White pepper powder 3/4 cup Hung yogurt 1/2 cup Fresh cream 3/4 cup Processed cheese grated 1/2 teaspo to sprinkle Chaat masala 1/2 teaspoon Green cardamom powder a large pi Nutmeg powder to serve Green chutney to serve Lemon wedges to serve Onion rings Method Put ginger-garlic paste, salt, lemon juice, white pepper powder and chicken in a bowl, mix well and set aside to marinate for 15-20 minutes. Mix together hung yogurt, cream, cheese, white pepper powder, cardamom powder, nutmeg powder and salt and mix well Add the marinated chicken pieces and mix well. Keep the bowl in the refrigerator to marinate for 50-60 minutes. Preheat an air fryer to 200° C. String the chicken pieces onto skewers, keep them in the air-fryer basket, fit it to the air-fryer and cook for 15-20 minutes. Remove from the fryer.
