Ingredients
- ¾ cup boiled and shredded chicken
- 8 white bread slices
- ¼ medium cabbage, shredded
- ½ medium carrot, peeled and cut into thin strips
- ½ medium green capsicum, seeded and cut into thin strips
- Crushed black peppercorns to taste
- A pinch of sugar
- Salt to taste
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- Butter for applying
- Potato chips to serve
- Tomato ketchup to serve
- Fruit juice to serve
Method
- Take chicken, cabbage, carrot, green capsicum, crushed black peppercorns, sugar, salt and mayonnaise in a bowl. Mix well.
- Take white bread slices on a worktop and cut into roundels with a cookie cutter. Apply butter on a roundel and add mixture. Cover on top with another roundel.
- Serve immediately with potato chips, tomato ketchup and fruit juice.
